Michael founded Creatis in 2014. An accomplished finance professional and independent producer, Michael's production credits include: The Erotic Fire of the Unattainable (2015), How To Grow a Band (2011), Happy New Year (2012) and Live from the Lower East Side (2010). Michael spent 15 years on Wall Street in senior structured finance roles for investment banks including Deutsche Bank, Bear Stearns and Societe Generale and raised capital for alternative investments with Asset Alliance and other firms. He began his career at Morgan Stanley analyzing media & entertainment companies. Michael holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses. Michael graduated A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard College.
Ira Greenberg Managing Director
Ira has over 30 years of experience in sales and product development and has raised over $20 billion for alternative investments and strategies across various platforms and sectors over his career. Prior to joining Creatis, Ira was a Managing Director with NorthWinds Advisors, Gemini Securities, Alpha Strategic Management and Twenty-First Securities. Ira holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses. He received a B.S. from Baruch College and is a licensed CPA.
Ethan Bordman Managing Director
Ethan is an experienced entertainment attorney who has represented artists ranging from first-time filmmakers to Emmy winning directors and producers and Tony and Drama Desk award nominated actors. Ethan was an assistant executive director with the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), where he developed agreements with major networks including ABC, CBS, FOX, TNT, Lifetime, and Canadian Television. Ethan is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and is co-chair of the Motion Pictures Committee. He was nominated for the New York State Bar’s 2015 Outstanding Young Lawyer Award and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2013 and 2014 and a Super Lawyer in 2015 as featured in The New York Times. Ethan holds FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. He holds numerous advanced degrees including a JD from the University of Detroit School of Law; an LLM in International Sports Law from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, England; an LLM in Entertainment Law (Honors) from the University of Westminster, London, England; and an MBA, from the Prentis School of Business at Wayne State University. Ethan is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Michigan.
Gina Dwyer Vice President
Gina has over 15 years experience in the entertainment and finance industries. Prior to joining Creatis, Gina founded Paper Scissors Rock, an artist management and marketing company. Prior to that, she worked at Aon Risk Services and provided risk management, insurance and financial solutions to institutional investors. Gina started her career at Salomon Smith Barney in the research department. Gina holds FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. She received a B.A. in Business Administration from Baruch College.
